I've been playing here for a long time and recently I faced a problem of my account getting blocked which caused temporary inconvenience. I hope this issue will be resolved in the future....
This is to bring in notice that Parimatch has not given my withdrawals of 17900 INR dated 09/04/2023 and mentioned in my Account as successful, on conversation with them they are only giving false assurance about it that it will be done in * days but that * days had never come. Some of the support team is saying that money has been paid and requested Bank Statement, even after submitting bank statement they are saying we can't help on this....

Now coming to chat process one agent telling tranction failed amount will refund with in 5 days one agent says payment request sent to billing department i don't what i will do i connect my bank they are saying money successfully transferred to benfishery...

Parimatch has debited my money rs. 89114 without any reason and I have enquired about this with parimatch and they are saying rule no. 88.4 was not followed and I have asked for proofs but they are not responding properly. So people please don't use parimatch they will loot your money or they will apply restrictions on your account if you start earn. Please look into this issue and do the needful...

I had made a withdrawal of Rs16577 on 10th of April. I have emailed parimatch customer care for several times then one final day they have given one reference number to check with bank people.Then bank bank people asked me following details.
1. Last 4 digits of your Account, Debit card Or Credit card used for making transaction.
I withdraw 15000 INR on 23/03/2023 but after 1 month passed didn't get that ammount. Now parimatch support team told me that they already sent my money but I show them my bank account statement from 1 month there is not any single transaction of 15000 rupees. PARIMATCH support team also sent me 2 different different transaction I'd for one single transaction....
