I deposited 5000 rupees. The money was taken from my bank account, but my Parimatch account is empty. Why it is so they can't say....

I made a withdrawal on 21/11/2022 and waited for 3 days as their customer support team ask me to wait for 48 hr to complete the withdrawal process stating that it will be credited to my account 100℅ but at last when the time frame of 48 hr get over they decline my withdrawal from their end. Therefore I made a withdrawal again through IMPS as I got no option but now they are asking me to wait for 5 more days. Please look into this matter...
