Passport No recieved after 6 Month

Myself Dheeraj Gupta. I have applied for passport in Aug 2011 from Agra by an agent Mr. Sajid. After two month status of my passport was "all verification completed and found Ok and it will dispatch up to 31 Oct 2011 ". Passport Pending

It’s been almost 6 months now since I applied for my Passport.
Apart from this, the Grievance option provided at Passport status page also provide wrong email ID, so none can mail there complains there.
WHAT IS THE USE OF IT THEN!!!
As I checked the status, it says
“Police Report has not been received.”
I have checked out at local Thana at my district, where they confirmed that the report was received...
