Payback — cheating.. not crediting the payback points

I received a message on 6th july 2018 about an offer from payback for my payback number [protected] (Mobile - [protected]). As per offer, on shopping using payback points on selected big bazar/fbb/hyper city outlets, 100% points would be refunded back. Accordingly, i have done shopping on hyper city, inorbit mall, bangalore but i never received the points back.

I raised the issue with payback and they are saying that offer was not applicable on this store. However, this store was there in the list i received in the message. However, to fool the customer, payback team has removed the content from the link now and it is not working.

I even confirmed with the store manager (Mobile number - [protected]) before shopping and even he confirmed that offer was applicable on store.

Payback team is trying to cheat the customer by giving very lucrative offer and then not full-filling the offer.

This one year old link about a offer is working in year 2017.

There seems to be clear case of fraud by payback team.
