Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed a Redemption Order No.: 8600593, Dated 15.05.2015 for RAPOO M10 WIRELESS MOUSE (ITEM Code No.: 54745) and accordingly the same product have been delivered to my Permanent Address (Kolkata, West Bengal, India) on 18.05.2015 from the Vendor LAKEE e SHOPPING INDIA, Dealer in Electronic Items, 6 & 7, 3rd Floor, Raheja Complex, 68/834, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002, Tamilnadu, India against Invoice No.:[protected]Customer Code : 211002). After receiving of the Ordered product (M10 Wireless Mouse), I have tried to operate the same, but it is very surprised that it is not working and fully defective condition.
