Payback — extension of payback redemption vouchers

I was given gift vouchers of "peter england" and "raymonds" worth rs. 6, 000/- by redemption of payback points earned, in the month of march 2019, which was are valid for 6 months. However, there is no system in place (Either thru sms or email) for reminding the expiry of validity. I could realize only yesterday that the above vouchers were expired after going to the shop, that vouchers expired on 18/9/2019, just one day before. I request you to either extend the validity of the vouchers till 30/9/2019 or alternatively credit the equivalent points to my payback account, so that i can utilize these (Lost) points, in some other way.
