I have been calling pay back since past two weeks about my points, but all my complaints are being ignored. I have spent well over 100rs just overthe calls with customer care who is just saying that they would connect my AMEX payback card and do it right away. I'm frustrated right now and extremely dissatisfied with the service being provided to me, I'll suggest never to go for payback card. Was this information helpful? |
