Sir am raju from kollegal, i was paid rs. 709.50/-rupees through online banking for hpcl gas cylinder refill on 25th june, but delivery boy taken ful amount 709.50+delivery charge at the time of delivered dated 27th june so how can i collect above mentioned amount 709.50 which was deducted through online banking... Pls help me
