Paytm — Amount debited f but payment failed

I made a delhi jal board payment transaction on april 23, 2016 using netbaning through paytm. Amount for rs. 1083 debited from my bank but transaction failed. My order no. [protected] dated april 23, 2016. Pls refund the amount at the earliest to my bank account.
