I had made billpay of reliance energy through paytm dt 8 march 2015, payment failed massage received but money are deducted from credit card . still refund money not received . i send several email and reminder for same, still action not taken .

Paytm.se.bijali ka bill 760 ru. Jama kiya tha 20 feb. 2016 ko khate se paise to cut gaye lekin bijali ka bill jama nahi huwa h muje mere paise khate me vapas chahiye ok [protected] muje kuchh nahi sunana h ok or apke custumar care no bhi relince bale galat batate h tool free par charge cut raha h kyo.

Today Morning I had tried to add money for an amount of Rs.1, 000 to my account but the amount has been to transferred to INB Paytm mobile solution Pvt, and the amount has not credited to my Paytm account.
