Paytm — Amount got deducted but not yet charged and status showing as payment confirmation awaited

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recharged to this number ([protected]) RC with 135 on 12:16 pm, Dec 29 2016 and Order No is [protected]. The amount got deducted from my account but not yet recharged and i have raised this issue in Paytm site itself but not yet resolved.

Kindly request to have a look and resolve at the earliest.
