Hello Team,
This is very disappoint incident took place and still i didn't hear anything from Paytm. Hence i want to escalate this incident to Higher Authority and take the strict action.
I waited from my boarding point from 9 PM till 11.30 PM and didnt get any
response from escalation team from Menakshi Travel.
I talked to travel desk at 3.45 PM and he told that bus has been delayed
for 1 hour and he told to wait at Durga Vilas boarding point.
Again i started calling them from 9.30 PM and they just pushing here and
there and didn't get any response.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
I request to refund my amount with penalty and take strict action Against
concern person and Paytm where they failed to provide proper support to consumers.
I request to take strict action against paytm where they cheating consumers by proving faurd travel details.
