Paytm — Deducted amount not returned

I had recharge 3g data pack for 251/- through netbanking on my phone no. [protected] but shown recharge failed. It is also intimated that erroneously i repeat this process three time and all money have been deducted from my account. Bank statement is as under :-

Sir,
It is also inform you that after filling complaint i have received your customer care officer call. Every time when filled complaint i have received same call and says intimate your debit card no. And expiry date if you want your debited money returned. Sir i don't know what is the procedure of return of money. I know that it is mandatory debit card no should not be shared to any one. Hence once again requested when i have alrady sent bank statement with complaint under which all detail like bank account no already mentioned why debit card no is required.
Please investigate the matter and do needful and return my debited amount in my paytm wallet or my account.
