Paytm — deducted my e-cash of rs. 3000

I have my ecash balance of rs. 3000. I changed my registered mobile no. And my all balance is gone. It shows rs.0 as my ecash. I complaint to them many times but they are not responding. They registered my complaint once and closed it without resolving it. Thay have taken my money and now they are not even responding. This ia cheating with customers. Paytm is such a big company and in spite of that they are looting their customers. Please help me.

I make the UPI payment today and the money is deducted from my account but it didn't the reach the recipient account. please check and fix the problem as soon as possible

This is to notify that a third party application called "Getwoo" has deducted an amount of Rs.900 from my Paytm account without any approval from me, and without me being aware of it. So I would like to get information on why it happened and get a refund. If any current ongoing subscriptions then how to unsubscribe it?

The product was cancelled by me before 16 days and still they have not refunded my money back
