Paytm — did not receive the refund of my order returned

I did not recieve the refund of my order returned with order no. [protected] which was returned by me on 31/10/2018. Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount to my paytm wallet.
I have tried to contact customer executives on tollfree number given on website but the keys as per instructions are not responding. Its the amount of rs 525. Being a student i have lost my money and losing my precious time searching the ways contacting the paytm customer care but could not find any solution as i even tried to mail at paytm care but the message is not being delivered.

I had ordered a item and cancelled and the Paytm says that your refund has been initiated and it will be credited in your account within 14days and now it has been completed one month and still the money not refunded to my account they given reference id[protected]

According to paytm foot size chart 8 number sandal I have ordered but it is small for me. So I placed a return request for 9 number sandal.
Request was approved but after few hours request was rejected.
