Paytm — Electricity bill processed in wrong biller

Electricity bill is processed in ugvcl instead of pgcvl. Kindly refund the value in paytm or payment gateway used during transaction.

I had selected pgvcl during bill payment of electricity but it got processed automatically in ugvcl. I am trying to contact paytm from that day onward but no proper response is given.
