Paytm — Failed recharge & not refund the amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I requested to refund my money of transaction
Rs 421+421 from last 3-4 days. I had lodged many complaints against refund of money. My tickets no against this complaints are:

I also mention to you to provide me pdf file or linked bank account information because i didn't linked my account no to paytm account. I have linked bank account no to freecharge account. I also attache the copy of paytm account with it.
so please do your formalities asap and refund my money.
