I have applied for paytm fastag on 10th nov 2019.
Till date i did not receive the fastag. Upon following up multiple times, i get an answer that says we are doing our best to deliver it quickly.
The phone number for fastag is never reacheable.
AWB : [protected] - this is always in "waiting courier pickup"
I got the awb tracking number from ecom, When tracked, it shows that the pickup is rescheduled everyday. It has been more than 25 days now that it is stuck.
When contacting ecom, it says contact the PAYTM.
I demand that they should settle this immediately or refund the amount for such poor service.
Below is the responce i got from Ecom, when i raise a consumer complaint:-

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. As per our records your shipment [protected] has been returned back to your shopping portal as it was handed over to us late. So we request you to kindly coordinate with your shopping Portal for assistance.
