Fraud and bad service - paytm fastag
Concern related to my fastag (Barcode:[protected].
I have raised the issue regarding the poor service for fastag. I have closed the fastag due to poor and worst service in toll tax.
I have also sent the copy of registration copy, actual toll tax bill, twice deducted slip through paytm fastag of my car. Also i have sent my bank statement tofor it……but no resolve point is there ……..

I have all exact proof with date to show their (Paytm) fraud service.
They did not refund my values. Even i have sent many mails and calls for requesting the refund but there reply was "dear customer, we are currently working on it with our team to resolve your issue. We will get back to you with the resolution"
8 times i have mailed them and 6 times i have called them to resolve my solution, from november 2018 to till now but there is no response. Even they have told on last conversation that your refund time is over we can’t do that.
Now let me know i have raised the issue from very first of the day. Now, they are telling to me for not refunding the value.
Issue was:
1st problem, was paytm did not refund my 500rs fastag activation cash. Image is attached (Fig 1).
(I have sent the bank statement for it)
2nd problem, i have paid twice toll tax (Rs120) tag at ban toll (Jammu), i have already sent the images to paytm app ticket. But there was no response (See fig 2 and fig 3).
3rd, paytm did not refund for fastag reserved to my paytm wallet at the time of purchasing.
