Paytm — got duplicate voucher/ no balance in it

I purchased a big bazaar voucher of 999₹ through paytm. I couldn't use it as it had zero balance in it. When i contact paytm customer care, they are telling me that i have redeemd it and they have deactivated it. Thay have closed my complaints/ requests 5-6 time, without resolving the issue or informing me. Basically, they have looted 999₹ from me. Please act seriously on this issue.
