I wanted kyc to be done at door steps I got a call on Saturday which is on 4th August 2018 we have taken your request and which is Sunday i.e 5th August our executive will come and collect the documents..on Sunday I have waited for that person leaving all other works and Monday called the number which I got a call from [protected] no response and I have called her 100 times even calling now she is disconnecting the call and moreover on pay TM my KYC request is showing as Jan 2018 ... Have some responsibility when a person is calling you atleast answer the call and check what for the customer is calling
