Paytm Mobile Solutions — Account got blocked

When try to order or try for a recharge it gives an error message as "oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs" .

Getting the same message from many days, Seen some blogs where many are facing the issues if they have multiple accounts. This is my only account and genuine account.

I've a wallet balance as well. Unable to transfer. How can this be resolved.
