I had transferred a sum of Rs.4600/- to my Paytm Wallet, the amount was debited to my savings a/c by ICICI Bank Thane West through Paytm.com
The transaction id was [protected] dated 23.12.2016.
This amount is not reflecting in my paytm a/c wallet inspite of the fact that I did not do any transaction using my wallet.
I have made repeated complaints to Paytm customer care team but the issue is not resolved yet.
