Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited without booking of railway tickets

Amount debited wrongly without booking 4 railway tickets. At night we were booking tickets from irctc at around 10:00 pm on 30/12/2016 and amount debited from my bank account was 13380 but tickets did not get booked. I am really disappointed by such a careless act of yours whereby the booking request was rejected by the bank yet the amount got debited. This is utterly unfair.

Did you got the refund? i have faced the same issue on 29/12/2016. i have not got any response from paytm yet
