I had done bill payment of the msedcl but when i checked bill payment history on mahavitaran website they shows your bill payment not received yet. So i'm calling to mahavitaran customer care and asked about my payment they told me that your bill payment is not paid. O please help me. Order #[protected] I mailed paytm but they didn't repose. While useing send to bank option gives error in transaction & showing pending status in passbook from last 4 to 5 hours & deduct amount from wallet to.
Plz return my money to my wallet or make my transaction successful.

My number is [protected] and recharged to bsnl for 71, , , they didn't recharge and send the order is successful...i recommend you to not use paytm ...you will lose your money... i submitted a request no reply...
i won't use this here after switch to mobikwik or other paytm is fraud...
