Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount not credit in bank

I am a paytm customer. One of my friend has deposit money in my paytm wallet but it cant add in my bank or in wallet and at same time my friend has deducted money from her account so i have already complaint on paytm before 25 days but it cant be resolved. The service of paytm is such a poor i will not suggest anyone.

didnt get any action in my complaint, still my complaint is pending.
