Sir I book the train ticket Today At 11am through paytm & Kotak Mahendra ATM through but the amount will deduct from my Kotak Account but ticket is not book

I was transfer amount from paytm to sbi account, amount is debited from paytm account but not credited to sbi account, if i call for paytm customer they are not responding.
I have book 6 train tickets from paytm and the ticket has been not booked and the paytm deducted the the amount of 2590 from account and refunded only 2158 of 5 ticket.
I added 2000Rs in my paytm wallet. After I updated the Paytm app Paytm wallet shows that balance is 0.0Rs...
