I was booking a flight ticket on the spice jet app. On reaching the payment stage i was directed to paytm app. I was not logged in to the paytm app and was using it as guest user. When i initiated the payment process, i was redirected to verified by visa page. On entering the transaction it showed as "transaction failed" and was taken back to the payment page of spicejet app. I initiated the payment process again and was redirected to paytm app. This time i logged in and continued the payment process and successfully booked the ticket. The amount inr[protected] because i already had inr 3 in my paytm wallet) got transferred to my paytm account and then was paid to spicejet app successfully. However the first failed transaction too got debited from my bank account which is reflected in my bank statement. Kindly look into this issue at the earliest and initiate the refund process for the amount of inr 3767 which was debited from my account even though the payment failed.
