Paytm Mobile Solutions — customer care not so supportive.

I had booked a couple of tickets for a movie but even if my location was default set to bangalore it got updated to ncr automatically while browsing. Now due to this i accidentally booked for a movie at noida. Now paytm customer care people blame me saying you have to check some dropdown which is to be found in some corner of the site.

One of the worst customer service ever seen. They put their words into your mouth.
