I(Saurabh sharma) purchased a Iphone 6s 32 GB from paytm and was delivered on 02/12/2016.

When i opened the package the mobile was defective as the Display was not working.
Since then i have filed numerous returns and gave them all the certificates they wanted for verification.
First of all paytm does not reply on customer care.
They reply on emails only and the reply they give is-
"Your issue has been highlighted to our relevant team and they might take up to 48-72 hrs to resolve the issue."
This reply is coming from last 15 days.
I have clearly asked them for refund and they are fooling me by saying that phone is under warranty and i should contact apple customer care.
This is very unprofessional of Paytm and they are fooling customers by giving defective products and then not refunding the amount.
I want PAYTM to take their product back and refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
