Ordered a book (Order No. [protected]) from PAYTM ONDC on 4th Nov 2023. Received it on 11th Nov 2023. Checked the book and found quite a few pages missing.
Have been contacting Paytm 24*7 Support (quite ironic) since 11 Nov about refund/replacement. Have already submitted all the proofs as per requirement. Received no response from the team. It's like I'm talking to a wall. They just simply don't care.
When called on Customer support, they ask you to go to the app and raise request. And when you try to escalate the issue they ask you to call on customer care (which is just an IVR). And this fraud cycle continues.
Pathetic experience.
Resolve the issue ASAP or I shall take it up to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
