Another bad experience with Paytm service, I don't know why paytm is promoting its brand when it is not capable enough to deliver the services.
I recharged my Delhi Metro card on dated 28th Dec 2016, metro card # 69533570.
It shows recharge successful but when I checked at metro station today it doesn't show the recharge amount, neither metro refunded my balance to paytm wallet.
I already have an ongoing issue against paytm which I have escalated to consumer court I don't know what paytm support team is doing now a days there is no callback neither is there way to speak to customer care executive. Please find the attached screenshot which shows the transaction done on above mentioned date.
Please revert me within 24-48 hours otherwise this matter will also go to higher level.
