Paytm Mobile Solutions — fraud with customers

My order cancelled automatically
And refund not received
I placed order 11 aug 2018 after that order placed successfully but delayed in delivery. I ignored that bt on 18 aug paytm cancelled order due to unknown reasons and saying that your refund initiated and processed in 14 days.
My prob is why order cancelled and if cancelled then i want to transfer my amount in my account immediately
