I requested return of my tv on 30 oct. Neither i am recieving any call nor any return.

Kindly speed this request,

1. I ordered this tv on 18 oct. Order id: [protected]
2. Which was delivered on 30 oct.
3. The item is damaged and missing few parts too.
4. On the same day 30 oct i requested for return so i can order new tv
5. No response from paytm
6. Still waiting
7. Kindly call

Hy i have done recharge through paytm for my connect bill but it shows processing and amount is also deducted but not done yet.

When I purchased the deal on 12 october the deal showing validity of 1 year but when I get to redeem the in the add money section coupon saying deal is expired
I lost my 5000 rupees . paytm is doing fraud with their customers
Please help
