This is the 6th email i am sending regarding the same issue.
On 15/12/2016 a failed transaction for 6000.00 INR occured with the reference "IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected]
6000.0"
On 16/12/2016 for the failed transaction a refund of 6000.00 has been initiated with the following reference number" IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected]".
On 26/12/2016 you have reverted the refund done on 16th for the failed transaction and i have confirmed the same with the bank the following is the reference
"IPS REV DT 15-16.12.16_9084-II 6000.0"
Now moving on to the most recent issue.
On 20/12/2016 there have been 2 failed transactions for 529.00 INR with the following references i.e
" VIN/PAYTM /[protected]/0 " and " IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected] " respectively.
And there was only one refund on 20/12/2016 with the following reference " IIN/Paytm Mobil/[protected] ".
Which means there is still another 529 refund to be initiated which was not all the while and today i.e
29/12/2016 you have reverted the refund which was done on 20/12/2016 with the following reference '' IPS REV DT[protected].12.16_2 " as i have confirmed same from my bank.
What the hell on earth is happening.
I have reached out to you people on number of ocassions and i have no response at all.
You do not have phone support and you do not respond to the emails.
You are obliged to issue a complete refund of 6000.00 + 529.00 + 529.00 which makes a total of 7058.00 .
This is not acceptable.
Please address to this issue at the earliest and make sure the refund of 7058.00 is immediately issued.
