Paytm Mobile Solutions — irctc transaction failed but money deducted from bank account

Hello,

I have performed transaction to IRCTC tickets booking through PayTM gateway.

The amount from bank got deducted from bank account but tickets was not booked and IRCTC showing payment pending from bank.

I have attached here respective bank and IRCTC transaction screen shot here.

Please, help me to get my money refunded.
