Paytm Mobile Solutions — Lost phone

I have lost my mobile phone so I request you guys to block the old Paytm account number and transfer the account balance into new Paytm account. I have been trying since yesterday so far I have not been contacted by any of the concern people please help. I am so worried about the money which is 3000 rupees in the old Paytm account. Please resolve my issue
