Paytm Mobile Solutions — merchant qr code issue

I've paytm merchant account, my customers are unable to pay using qr code.
Tried contacting paytm several time and no proper response yet. Paytm clearly sent messages all over india about 0% charges for transfer and now they are requesting for 2% charge over email and now my customers are unable to pay.
Everytime i contact paytm they give computerized response that issue was resolved but the fact is that it was never resolved.

Updated by hari558 No update from Paytm yet, non of them replied or contacted or not even a single reply to the email. This shows how irresponsible Paytm is.
