I was making payment of rs3772 through paytm app to pay electricity bill
I have done all the steps and money was successfully debited from bank
After that processing started and few hours after an message appears that order was canceled. I can not able to under stand that where has money gone

i want my money back in any how. i am not a new customer of paytm .But they are looting their customers. please take a serous action against paytm
