2 week back there happened 2 instances where money from my wallet was deducted for somebody else order to food panda. The transaction happened from some other mobile and that too without my knowledge or any OTP. I just got sms that money is deducted from my account for an order which I don't know.
I send multiple mails to paytm on this and it is such a disgrace that they did not even respond to the complaint I have raised.
Do you paytm have the minimum decency to respond to a complaint. I have lost the money due to this insecure app and not paytm. Shame on you. Was this information helpful? |
