Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money got deducted from Credit Card not added into Paytm Account

I tried to add the 11000rs(Order id: [protected]) into my paytm wallet on 15th december through my credit card. But the transaction has been in pending status but the amount has been deducted from my credit card. I contacted the bank customer care they have been told that the amount has been claimed by the Paytm. The paytm also sent the mail saying that "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.11000.0 on Paytm against Order ID [protected]". I sent the mails to paytm about the refund the money to my credit card but i'm not getting the positive response from them. Atlease i told them to refund it to my paytm wallet, that one also they are not interested in.
