Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money has be cut from my account but not added to my wallet

Address: Pune, Maharashtra

On[protected] i added money to paytm through my atm card (Bank of maharashtra)
Amount has been cut from my account but money is not added to my paytm account i have contacted to paytm costmer every time dey say money will be added with in 2 days. But money is not still added i have received message and email from bank on deduction of money that is 1000 rupees but not added in my paytm account
