Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money transfer but not sent in bank

Sir I have attempt two transection of rs 5000 to return to the bank .
But both are in pending state .
As per your email, money will be refund I paytm wallet or in bank in 2 days but till now no refund takes place .plz hurry up do anything.
