Paytm Mobile Solutions — money was detected for unsuccessful transaction

On 03.08.2018, I tried booking for movie tickets through net baning from my axis bank account via Patym mobile solutions, rs.801 was detected twice but the tikets were not booked. reference nos re[protected]/[protected]. Totally it is 1602rs, kindly reverse the amount to my axis account back. I have already inquired with axis bank and they say, it has been successfully transfered to Patym mobile solutions. kindly do the needful and revert back
