The electricity bill amount had been deducted from my bank account but the payment of the bill failed due to unknown error.
It's been more than 5 days, the amount had been deducted from my bank account and they had confirmed it via mail on the registered ID.
They told me that they have refunded the deducted amount to my paytm wallet but i have not received any kind of refund yet.
If they can only refund my deducted money it will be more than enough.
