Bill payment in BSNL broadband. Balance deducted from debit card but not reflected in ta account of operator. Even after 48 hours. Plz refund the amount or reflect it in the account of operator..

Sir maine apne no [protected] pe 11.12.16 ko 2000 & 520 Rs send kiye but abhi tk nhi aaye. As per paytm rule 2-3 din mai transfer ya vapis wallet mai cash back aa jana chahiye. So please btaye k meri money kha gyi.aur na hi aapka koi no h jis se aap k care se baat kr skte.jo hai bhi vo paytm care pe mail krne ko bolte hai.

There was a transaction made by someone else to my Paytm wallet. While the text message has arrived regarding successful transaction but Paytm is not showing the addition of that money in my Paytm wallet
My money didnt reach my account i transacted 2000 to my bank but didnt reach my bank and money is deducted..
Sir maine[protected] sham ke 7.33 mint per ek mobile per 50 ka balence dala usme paytm nahi tha jiske karan mera balence mer account se kat gaya uske pass balence nahi aya mere khate se 50 rupye kat gaya. ap se gujarish hai ki accout ko cheq kar ke mera balnce mujhe wapis karne ki kripa kare.
