Sir, i am a paytm new paytm user.when i installed this app, i make payment of rupees 50/- through SBI DEBIT CARD.This transation was successful and money had deducted from my bank account.
On the very next i found a option of resend money from paytm wallet to bank.so i click on the option to retransfer of money to my bank, only just to test the trustworthiness of paytm system.just after i found a message from paytm that "they have been refund my money to my bank account and the bank may take up to 7 working days to refund my money, for any queries please contact your bank."
After getting this message, i had been waiting for 7 working day but didn't get any credit in my bank account from paytm.so i contact to sbi helpline number regarding my problem, but sbi authority straightly refuse to help me regarding this as they are unable to do so and adviced to contact paytm authority.
Then after i tried to contact paytm through so many helpline number, i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.i got these number from paytm wabsite.all these numbers are even not tollfree.after tring so many times i failed to talk to any of the paytm authority so now i am hopeless of refund of my money.my paytm number /whatsup number is [protected].

I have securely kept all evidence regarding my complaint and going to take legal action, but i don't know what are the procedures.If any body is facing same type problem please contact to help me on my whatsup number.
paytm is very badly chatting people, so we must have to raise our voice.
