On december 21st my mother asked to install a paytm app as she was very keen to use it.. I was very happy that to hear that and i installed the app and created an account on paytm for her mobile number [protected]. I added rs 500 via credit card and she made couple of transactions, after sometime she got timeout message and was asked to login again, she tried login but got message that invalid username/password, she tried forgot password, could not do that as she got a message that account does not exist. How it is possible? Anyways she tried to signup again and she was able create account again.. No idea what was going on..in the first signup she had a balance of rs 490 which got vanished after 2nd signup on the same mobile number, now the balance is rs 0 with no history of previous transactions. I have already wrote an email on [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com but have not received any update so far.. This is very awful and bad experience so far with paytm.
After 6 days they are saying they cannot refund the amount. Was this information helpful? |
