I have done a recharge on Mbl no -[protected](Vodafone) of rs 350/- on dated: 05.12.16, but due to misc reason recharge failed and i have received a message from paytm that your recharge of rs 350/- has been failed and we will refund your amount within 24 hr, but today is 15.12.16 and i still i doesn't received refund amount or any revert from PAYTM
Reference number of payment deduction on 05.12.16 is[protected]IGAAJOZTL2
I have also a message from paytm in which you said that your money will refundable within 24hr.
After this i was mailed to your customer care from my paytm id about this.But PAYTM done very cheap activity, paytm was deleted my failed order from my paytm account of Rs 350/-.
But i have still a text message from PAYTM & Bank statement in which my account is deducted for Rs 350/- (MERCHANT NAME PAYTM).
This is very irresponsible sign from PAYTM, PAYTM is very famous company on online recharge sites, but this type of mistake & irresponsible attitude not also good for your goodwill, I am very disappointed from PAYTM service.
So now, refund my paytm money to my paytm wallet with Rs 350/- as soon as possible.
