Paytm Mobile Solutions — Send money not received bank account

Respected sir /madam
I added money of 5000₹ to my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank. The transaction is showing to successful but not received in my bank account.I send mail to PAYTM but there was no response from the paytm there was no proper customer care service / phone number to speak to representative.

Dear sir,
I am very disappointed with service provided by Paytm.
I have sent 5000₹ on my account but even after 7day I have not received.
After trying to contact PAYTMCARE since 7 days but still no reply.
My PAYTM Mob No- [protected]
